Cars4Jannah reserves the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time and, by continuing to use our website, you constitute your acceptance to all changes.

Personally Identifiable Information

Personally identifiable information, or PII, is any data that could potentially be used to identify a particular person. An example of PII would be your full name, address, telephone number, email address, Tax Identification number, passwords, etc.. We may request your PII at various times when you use our service through our website, email and text communication or over the phone. We may use PII to send you information and materials.This information may also be shared with the below parties for the purpose of a donation or otherwise. By choosing to provide us with your PII, you are consenting to the required transfer and processing of such information. PII may be shared with:

• Our vendors, affiliates, licensees, service providers and agents who assist us in providing our service and processing our donations. All mentioned parties are required by contract to keep your information confidential and are not permitted to use any PII for any purpose other than to provide services to Cars4Jannah.

• Our Partners (Muslim non-profits) to whom you may be donating your car to so that they may be made aware of your gift. 

• Law enforcement if required by law to do so at any given time

• New owners of Cars4Jannah, if at any event, the business asset are bought, sold, transferred or reorganized, at which time, the new owner will continue to be bound by this Privacy Policy. 

Non-Personally Identifiable Information

Non-personally identifiable information (Non-PII data) is simply data that is anonymous and cannot be used to distinguish or trace to a specific individual. Below are some examples of, but not limited to, non-PII that we track for the purpose of improving and enhancing user experience on our website:

• URL visited prior and after our website

• Internet browser being use

• IP address - for geographic analytics, not personal identification

You provide all information to Cars4Jannah at your own risk.

Our website supports and complies with the Childrens Online Privacy Protection Act ("COPPA") and other applicable laws. Please do not attempt to use our website or to send any PII to us if you are under the age of 18.
